Idle Bypass Air Question

Time Machines:
I'm a little confused about one thing in the book. When we speak of idle air bypass sizes, are we talking total or each side?  Such as my idle air bypass should be .090"  is that .045" each side of the carb or .090" each side? I'm thinking it's .090" each side but thought I'd ask. Thanks

when someone says .090", it means .090" each side.  Frank.

That's what I figured, but it never really spells it out in the book. Anyways, I guess I was just thinkin too much again ;D 
Thanks and I can't wait to get my stuff from Cliff and build this carb for the wife's TA.
