Anyone hear of or run the Offenhauser dual q-jet intakes?

They have a high-rise and 2 low-rise variants. (5603, 5610, 5745)

I'm curious how someone would set up something like this. Sounds interesting... but you'd have to be VERY methodical!

I have been looking at those intakes too as I want to run a Quadrajet on my Jeep with the AMC 360. I was looking at an Edelbrock performer with an adapter until I saw a used offy like this. I am looking for gas mileage, offroad performance, and don't plan to spin the motor ove 5000 RPM. The dual ports do look small though.
