Another Buick carb question

I'm building a 1972 Buick 455 carb ( 7042240 ) to the recipe #2 and have a question about the main air bleeds in the main body. The main air bleeds are already .070" in the air horn, but the main air bleeds in the main body are tiny compared to the #2 recipe of .070". They are approx. .015" right now and that seems light years from .070" the recipe calls for.
 I like to stick to the motto of "a little at a time" so do I really drill them out from .015" to .070"?

Thanks Cliff, will do. By the way, this engine ( 455 Buick )will eventually end up with the Dyer's 6-71 blower set-up back on it that it had when I had it in a 32 Ford. I ran dual Edelbrock carbs for the old school look, but was never happy with the performance from them. Can I run dual Q-jets on the blower?  I've never seen this done, but that just makes me want to do it more ;D
