41 factory defects?

What are the 41 factory defects the guy on http://quadrajetcarburetors.com/ is talking about?  I don't count 41 listed in Cliff's book nor do I really see 41 places to go wrong for that matter.  Figured I would ask for a little insight since searching this forum for them and googling "41 factory defects" doesn't seem to help either.  Thanks!

I don't know.  Very early carbs have a LOT of defects, and potential problem areas.

Later units don't need much help at all.......Cliff
