Evap port for M4M

Just got an M4M for a friend but it's missing the evap port. Looks like the tube is 3/8" but the hole in the main body is only .335. Does this make sense?
Anyone know how/where I can source something like this?

Thanks. Much appreciated. It's the one just under the front airhorn screw, points down and to the driver's side.

i dug threw at least 40 carbs 20 of them had the piece your looking for . BUT they all measure about .371 to .373 if it was mine id drill it .if you dont have one .371 or so ill give you one . buy the way whats the carb no.?

I'll double check my measurements but can't believe I was off .040 with a mic.
It's a 17080270 - for a 80 Firebird 301 W72 (non-turbo)
