Help!!! 7027262 Roch. rear steel orifice gone!!

Hay, Cliff, rear steel orifice on left side is gone on my 7027262 carb. do you install these at all?? Bought at local swapmeet, didn,t see it untill i took off top. Or is carb. junk now??? also need fuel inlet heli-coil. I know you do these.
