1967GTO carbs have P.O.E & ADJ. screw under tag??

Mr.Pontiac:
7027262 Did this carb. come with P.O.E. in Airhorn??? Alsodid67,s have the small adj. screws under metal tag on top of airhorn??? Biggest question for my knowledge. correct casting no. for the airhorn for 67, anybody know what it might be????
