17056240 tuned for mild 455 OK for Buick 350?

I'm looking at a lightly used Quadrajet 17056240 that was tuned for a mild Buick 455.  I want to use it for a Buick 350 (I'm targeting 400HP with a moderate cam, headers, moderate head porting, electronic ignition upgrade, etc.).

Is it likely I'll be able to adjust the carb enough as is to work well with the 350 without getting into any rebuilding?  Or will I probably need to get into jet and rod modifications, etc.?   Thanks for any input you have!

I would contact Cliff's shop. He will set you up with the correct parts.
