Edelbrock 1910 Primary throttle shaft
« on: October 14, 2013, 10:56:23 AM »
Does anyone make this part?  Seems like the 1910 was the only "late" q-jet design to use the early-style Chevy throttle arm.  Works real well with the old "rod" linkage, while the newer Chevy throttle arms are designed to use a cable.

It would be real nice to be able to buy the 1910 primary throttle shaft to be able to convert the later model Chevy and Cadillac side inlet carbs to the early style throttle arm.

Any throttle linkage can be removed and MIG welded to any shaft, we do it all the time here, for folks wanting early linkage on later units, or visa-versa....Cliff

I guess the only way to get the old style linkage is from an old carb core?
