Qjet for turboapplication

I know Pontiac did it in the Trans Am, but that was draw through. How much do I have to alter to make a Qjet work in a blow through application?
I have plans for a well build mopar 318 ( aluminum heads etc ). I would like to expose it to 5-7 psi or so.. not too much.

Well, the article doesnt really say much except for solving obvious problems, and it sounds like they never heard the name Ruggles :-)
