 That top was common on all '69 & '70 Pontiac 350cid and 400cid except non-Ram Air engines.

Ethan, could that also be used on a 1970 455 carb?  If not, what would be that part number?

 Could be. I saw one on a '70 455HO Qjet recently. Whether it came on the carb originally, I am not sure. :)
