screw in the bottom of pump well?
« on: April 25, 2014, 07:25:26 PM »
Hi. The q-jet is 17056264. I've disassembled it and am cleaning it for a rebuild and I notice what looks like a fairly large screw slot in the bottom of the accelerator pump well. Is that a screw that can and should be removed when cleaning the carb body? Thanks!

Nevermind...I mistakenly thought the channel in the bottom of the acc pump well was a screw or plug slot. I now realize it's a channel where the bottom holes in the well are located on each end of the channel. I need better glasses and lighting I think  :) . Thanks.
