Primary Choke Pull-Off/Bracket
« on: September 13, 2014, 03:40:11 PM »
 Cliff,
On my DualJet 165, the choke pull-off is on a bracket that has two "ears" or "lips" holding it on. I have the new pull-off, but cannot get the old one out of the bracket to put the new one in. Old one does not hold vacuum anymore. Would you be able to do it? Thanks, Ethan.

Nevermind, used a pair of snap-ring pliers and spread them apart CAREFULLY. Got the old one out.

They can be stubborn, but we usually get them out with a little help from a large flat tip screwdriver.  Most will push the retaining arms out of the way when you pry them out of the bracket.....Cliff
