I like Oldsmobiles also, I have a 70 w30 stick car. On a restored car I would stick with the original carb, which can be upgraded to run as wild as you like and still look stock. If origionality doesn't matter the '77-'80 Olds carbs are the ticket with electric choke, improved float, and adjustable part throttle. Don't run a stock quadrajet on a modified motor, they were calibrated to meet emmissions, with today's gas E85, you can easily detonate.
