does anyone think you can lean a quad out to work on a d16 honda engine ? if so what size idle tubes do you think i would need ? i want to install the engine in a 29 ford model A .turn the engine lengthwise install a 1966 ford top loader and a quadrajet. i think it would be a very interesting project. any suggestion are welcome. thanks in advance.

It wouldn't need leaned out, just correctly jetted for the application. I'd look at a dual jet instead, probably a better fit for that small of an engine......Cliff
