question on 17046240 upper air bleeds

Mr.Pontiac:
Took top of carb off and changed my idle down  restricion cups that where .064 down to .052, im having a slight hesitation right off idle as per Cliffs suggestion and noticed my upper air bleeds are at .058. Is this usually a standard size on this carb.?? i opened em up to .067. getting ready to fire motor up again to see if there will be a differance and the bog go,s away.
