Adjust the choke pull-off so it runs better cold, probably too rich or too lean initial start-up....Cliff

What seems to be happening is at idle car idles fine at 850 rpm,s minute car is warmed up and move throttle at all when choke is open it jumps to 1500 rpm,s and stays there. Still in choke pull-off area???

The fast idle cam increases engine speed, when it drops out, the curb idle screw takes over.  Pretty simple set-up....Cliff
