Need help identifying this Quadrajet. It is stamped 7040611 QT. It was on my 70 Chevelle SS454 when I bought it in 1997. I cannot find that model carb in any records.

Upon further cleaning the 6 is a 5 and now it makes more sense. it is 7040511 QT,  0290.
