Edelbrock 1904 question??

 I have Cliff's book and his rebuild kit.. I suppose I'm just second guessing myself, but he told me to open the idle bypass air to .090.. And I'm not really sure exactly which one is the idle bypass air on this model.. And he also informed me to open up the DCR's to .055.. Stupid question I'm sure, but what is he referring to when he say's DCR's.. Just don't want to drill anything without double checking.. Thanks again..

Went back to the front of the book and found the idle bypass air.. Still not sure what he is referring to as far as DCR's

Down Channel Restrictions, right next to the idle tubes.....Cliff
