Really for Cliff,

I have the Q-Jet you reworked.  It was off the 77 Chevy with electric choke and APT.  My question or problem is this.  Which intake manifold gasket is the proper one to use.  There are two styles and I have used both.  One has a tab that extends over the primary side covering the carb bases vacuum channels.  The other is cut in or without the tab that leaves the vacuum channels open.

Doesn't really matter, q-jets are designed to work with either style....Cliff
