DIY Throttle Shaft Bushing Kit

Does this kit do one carburator throttle shaft or two?  I see three bushings in the picture and four in the description.  I'm assuming one bushing on each (out)side?

The bushing installation kit comes with enough bushings and shaft screws to do two carburetors.  You can order more bushings/screws if you need to do more than two carburetors.....Cliff
