boogie:
 I have carb 17058204.  I want zero vacuum for my distributor vacuum advance at idle and I would like to have vacuum just off idle.   My problem is my carb does not provide vacuum at that port until the primary butterflys are opened quite a ways.  the other port has vacuum at idle.

  What can I do to make this port provide vacuum as soon as the throttle is cracked open?
