Cliff, are these replacable, plastic bushings on secondary arm

Mr.Pontiac:
I have a nice 68 Rochester but thru the yrs the plastic bushing on the secondary air baffle arm witch sits on shaft and go,s inside carb. has deterriated and fell apart. Are they replaceable??? It sits in front of slot witch operates choke pull-off arm, and secondary slotted air baffles. Shaft has a small pin sticking out the operates spring tension.
