What is this carb from ? And is it a decent carb for a 455 30 over w/6x4 heads ? Thanks

 That carb is off a 1977 Pontiac Ventura 350cid, Federal, B-Sedan, A/C, A/T.

 .073" Primary Jets, 49K Primary Metering Rods, "K" Secondary Hanger and CV Secondary Metering Rods.

 As for being a could carb, I think it would. It's going to need some work, but nothing significant.

does this come w/e choke and the APT with a threaded plug ? Or idoes that mean it's been mod already ? Thanks

 It's been modified already at some point. That carb came with a hot air choke and the threaded plug is definitely a sign, someones been in it. Heavily.
