Quadrajet rebuild advice

Cliff, I purchased my kit and the replacement carb casting from you about a month ago. Still currently plugging away on the rebuild.  I have your book as well.

You had set me up with an HP rebuild kit, choke pull off, and metering rods/jets, based on my 77 trans am spec's.

Should I be using any of the "recipes" in your book or not required for a non modified other than free flowing exhaust?

I don't have all of the info in front of me right now but thought about these questions on my lunch break.

What is the carburetor part number?

If the engine is mostly stock and still factory camshaft leave all of the airbleeds and other items as-is and just install the kit and tuning parts.....
