Ive tried searching for this first and cannot find anything. so when this carb is on my car it isnt running right it just sounds horrible. idling car just sound like crap. when Im out it pops and doesnt want to take off like it should it is sluggish. I put a holley on to make sure it is a carb issue and car idles and runs just fine. While playing around trying to figure this thing out I noticed if i put my hand in front of the carb and blocked the air from the fan the carburator it idled worse like it was going to die. Then I put the air cleaner (brand new) on and it got worse. Its like it is starving for air but Im not sure what could be causing this issue. without blocking the air and without the air cleaner it actually sounds pretty good but you can still tell something isnt right.. Im also not touching the carb when I put my hand in front of it im just blocking the air being rushed in by the fan. If it werent for the fan it probably wouldnt run. Does anyone have any ideas of what I should check. Thank you
