Looks correct from here.  Take a gander inside the primaries and see if it is missing the outer booster rings, that is the best way to identify a 1971 Pontiac HO carburetor......Cliff

I too was going to say that it looks good;
Unlike the last one I saw online this wasn't a '263 with the "3" stamped over with an "8" ;)
