Carb body 17059253

I have a 17059253 carb w/ stripped inlet.
I will try to rebuild with hp kit (half the fun),  Instead of heli-coil inle, I prefer to find another body w/ good inlet.

What carb bodies/ model numbers will direct fit please with same practical design ???? 
XX253 is preferred.... 
 should I stick with XX253 anyways  ??

The heli-coil install is a permanent repair and stronger than the original threads......Cliff

I think I would rather still find a body still - heli-coil'd or original body doesn't matter.   
To reduce downtime.

Where can I find a cross-reference list of what bodies or interchangeable???

Also,
My little bit of understanding is for a late 70's BOP small bloack  -  the XX253 is as good as any and I should stick with it....
Is this accurate?

The only suitable replacement is another 1979-1980 Oldsmobile main body or find another 17059253 if you want an exactly replacement.....Cliff
