91Burban:
ok laugh at will....So my paper full of notes on the carb were used to start a backyard fire pit last night by my 8 year old.

so here are my questions:

1. how to set the idle mixture screws for initial setup?

2. how to set the  APT screw  for initial setup?

carb 17085000  4bbl Quadra jet 800cfm using on a towing/mudding Suburban with stock Chevy 454

I'd start 3-4 turns out & 3-4 turns from bottom on the APT.
