How do I change my email?

Looking but can't find it, been wrong for years.

I had the ability to change your account settings Turned OFF as a super safeguard in case your login credentials were somehow used (hacked-stolen) by someone else. They could then change the email address and you would never know.

I just allowed this. Login and click on Profile/account settings. Let me know if you get this done OK.
