I heard Canadian early 80's quadrajets Olds/Buick were non CCC. Do they have a specific part number?

Correct, the 1981-up Canadian automotive applications were not CCC units. 

They had quite a few different part numbers and models.  Some will be basically the same as the 1976-80 Chevy automotive carbs, later models were the same as the SMAB truck units.....Cliff
