Choke pull off bracket assembly

I'm putting together a basket case 7028268 Pontiac Q-Jet.  It did not come with a vacuum break control bracket assembly.  The bracket has a part number 34735 and the arm that actuates the choke rod is 34988.   Thanks, Jay

 I believe that this part is identical to the 1969 Pontiac Q-Jet.
