A little help 7041264 jet and rod combo

Mr.Pontiac:
Just torn into it showing 70 jets with 46 rods, just does not seem correct, anybody help me out?

WAY to lean at part throttle and would work poorly for most applications especially on this new fuel.  I wouldn't put it back together like that......Cliff

Rich, the stock configuration is 71 jets and 46 rods.  Secondary rods are BP.
