Anyhow, at this point in my learning curve I certainly don't know everything, but have considerable direct experience in many areas and there isn't too much out there at this point that I haven't tested.  I encourage anyone reading this to ask questions if you want to know about any of these things.  I've been building engines, transmissions, differentials, carburetors, distributors and tuning on these cars over 40 years now.  Last time I checked the books we had ran over 12,900 work order thru the shop for carburetor work and that was nearly a year ago.

I even started taking in troubled carburetors and entire vehicles on Saturdays couple of times a month.  The record right now is 1600 miles one way, and another customer traveled nearly 800 miles, and one just came from St Louis day after Christmas.  I love that sort of work, and rest assured the owner has already exhausted all avenues to get things up to par including local shops, gurus, and all their beer drinking buddies. before making the trip!

I have some great stories to tell about those experiences and will post them on here from time to time when responding to threads with folks having similar set-ups and issues, etc..........Cliff
