9.5 comp 455 041 ok?

hi ,cliff, I know you have a lot of time with 455,s and 041 cams. is 9.5 comp enough for using an 041 with rhoads lifters. I was going with 9.0 comp 6x-8 heads and a 226-232 @050 485-490 on a 112. but then I wondered if the 041 would work better at 9.5 comp thanks, BLUE TA

I did one once at 9.3 to 1 compression and it made great power, idled fine and is still out there getting it done.  Last time I talked to the owner he'd logged over 50,000 miles on it w/o issues.  Make sure to advance the cam some, they like to be down around 109ICL in the big 455's.......
