Engine specs, carb number, what has been done to it, etc, etc?

Carb # 17058202. 2877-BHR. been sitting for one year or more, just got car complete enough to drive, fuel pressure from mechanical pump 8.5 pounds, put on regulator down to 5#. I am sure one of your kits would help. not sure where to start. 350 sbc crate, no idea of internals, typical put together project one piece at a time, now trying to get it all to work. Thanks for help
