Quadrajet Factory Calibration Conditions

Were Quadrajets calibrated for sea level and 70 degrees fahrenheit or some other conditions? Thank you.

Good question. I imagine the dyno rooms at GM in Detroit is the answer. #1 priority was calibrating for emissions. Quadrajets were calibrated for high altitudes like Denver, CO 5,300 ft. Less air requires less fuel. I don't know if those carbs were marked in some way.
