Marine Application?

Hi….first time guy here.  So I bought a boat with a 350 engine that has a Quadrajet.  Starts up great…plenty of throttle…until I put her in gear…feels like the secondaries are not opening…will not even get up to 2500 RPM’s.  Volvo mechanic says it’s not a Marine Application carb….guidance? Advice?

What is the carburetor part number?  Any pics of it?
