PRW intercahngable idle tube jets

U tube video by Scott hatch shows a PRW Q-jet with a straight idle tube with short collar no end restriction. But above it is a threaded section for a small jet. And they can be swapped for different sizes.

I couldent say how that would work out in the long run, but think it is a very cool innovation by PRW. And am wondering if anybody thinks an older Q-jet could be modified to have such a system?
