NOS Service carb, build or sell?

I'm looking to build a q-jet for my '68 C10
I have an NOS service carb  07029207  3086
I also have a really good service carb core  17154923  2658
My question is, should I build the NOS carb, or is it more valuable as an NOS item? I have multiple Q-jet cores and have no problem building one.
It seems like, once I install the NOS carb, its just another Q-jet (no longer NOS) no longer special...
but its a service carb and isn't a numbers matching piece, so maybe not valuable in the first place?
is there a market for NOS service carbs, or should I just build it and run it?
..Or build one of my cores and admire the NOS carb for a few more years on my shelf?

I would save the 07029207 NOS for reference to build other units OR sell to the Corvette gang.

After speaking with Cliff, I have ordered a rebuild kit for the used 17154923  2658 carb.
I will save the NOS carb for a different build (probably the 396 for my Chevelle).

If you were wondering I'm building a little 350 for my 68 C10 short bed 2wd

Really nothin special:
350 4 bolt, .060 over
204/214 cam
185 heads:1.72/1.50 valves with 70cc chambers,
a little light port work and a good 3 angle valve job
flat top hypereutectic pistons W/4 valve reliefs
compression 9.5:1 ish
quench: .035ish
1969 "hot slot" manifold, with the ports tapped and plugged.
stock rams horn manifolds, 1¾ dual exhaust with glasspacks and no balance pipe (might add one)
SM465 4-speed granny-tranny
and some gears out back I haven't checked, They kinda run like 3.73s (probably somewhere in that neighborhood)

just a little putt around truck, maybe haul a motorcycle on occasion, some mulch in the spring.
