Random ban on my phone but not desktop

Not a big big deal as I can still access the site from my computer. But, currently banned on my phone. It happens randomly from time to time, then one day I will be unbanned. Does this happen to anyone else? Already cleared my cache and browser cookies to see if that cleared it up but no dice.

Don't have a phone but I get banned if my VPN is on to a location the forum doesn't like.
