Red loctite 271 for brass "tubes" that are loose or missing/replace

Is Red loctite 271 the best thing to use for loose or missing brass tubes , like replace missing vacuum port tubes or loose main well bleed tubes?

I'm thinking red locktite would be best, rather than devcon epoxy or jb weld that will deteriorate in a few years
