I have a 1981 301T, freashly rebuilt with maybe 3000 miles on it. Had the carb rebuilt completely rebuilt by a respectably shop. Car has ran smooth with no issues. Last weekend i ran from st,louis to kansas city and after about 2hrs into trip i had the cruze set at about 80mph and as i started to climb a slight hill it felt like the carb was starting to stave for fuel. This contuined the rest of the run to KC. After getting to KC i started thinking that because of me switching from OEM fuel line to stainless for line from pump to carb and it not being insulated that maybe it was trying to vapor lock. running temp was at 110 degrees and never any higher. next morning figured after cooling all night that problem would be resolved at least till after everything heated up. started up car and ouled out. carb was still doing it. So not being real carb savy not sure what it could be. everything is new so i would think it would be an adjustment of some kind. any ideas? thanks for any help, Jeff
