Rear choke pull-off. Where is the orifice?

I have a rear mounted choke pull-off. Is the small hole in the end of the tube the orifice, or is there one further up the tube also?
Pic of pull-off atached. There is no front pull-off.

The restriction on those is difficult to access as it's all the way at the bottom of the tube.
I have new ones with the orifice at the opening for easy custom tuning......
