It should be fine especially with a manual trans set-up.  More compression with that much cam would work better as bigger cams bleed of more cylinder pressure and with 296 degrees duration at the last point and 242 @ .050" you could have went to 11 or so and still be fine on pump gas....IMHO....

Thank you ! We are still in the build until end of January! So still time to make changes .

Changed rockers from 1.5 to 1.65 so new lift will be .600


The issue is, the pistons I'm using are .40 10CC  Keith black 428 pistons from KRE .
You think I could get a bit more squeezed with zero decking the block ?
