Does anyone have stock specs for a 7028211??

I'd like to know what the specs are for the 68 396 as well. Even though the carb I've got on mine isn't the right one, now that I know how to "adjust" one, I'll make this one match the original.

That's what I am after. I have a near-stock 396, and I was curious as to how pre-emissions BBC carbs were calibrated on the idle circuit. I believe most of these early BBC carbs had airhorn upper idle air bleeds, but I am not sure about sizing of idle bleeds and tubes.
