can this one be saved

4speed:
I only ask becase the build date coincides with the 74 400 .

the car is a 74 formula 400 4 speed

the carb is locked up tight.

I've had them sent here much worse, and was able to "save" them.

Even so, in most cases, unless it's a really rare, expensive and valuable carb, I'd look for a better one.....Cliff
