Qjet, put the new jets and rods in, now has a stumble or flat spot

I ordered new 74 jets and 44 primary rods for my qjet. Put them in, didnt touch anything else, new top gasket.

Right off of idle it has a stumble or flat spot. It sort of dies, then picks up.

Thoughts?
