fuel filter housing
« on: June 11, 2011, 12:01:22 PM »
I have a handful of Quadrajet's that are sitting in storage for future use. Is there anything I can coat the fuel filter housings treads with to prevent it from binding to the receiver threads in the carburetor body. I'd rather not store the two separated from each other as then the treads would definitely be exposed to the elements and possible damage.

Thanks,

Tommy

A tiny bit of anti-seize or grease would be fine....Cliff
