Hello Cliff:
Have a copy of your book and may i say it's priceless.
A question i have is the location of the lower idle airbleed.
Is the picture on page 96 lower left corner with the pencil pointing to it the lower idle airbleed

Yes it is.
The upper's, I believe, are inside the primaries.
